What is ADHD COACHING ?
ADD coaching is a safe, nonjudgemental, supportive , ongoing space
where the client and coach collaboratively explore and facilitate personal awareness and growth so the client can reach their goals and create the quality of life they desire and deserve.
How does ADHD Coaching work?
~Educates the client to a complete understanding of how their own brand of ADHD
manifests in their lives.
~Helps the client identify and maximize their strengths and NOT focus on what
their weakeness are.
~Nurtures the clients own personal growth and responsibilty that can lead them to
further success.
~Works alongside with the client to develop and customize systems and strategies
to help the client with everday life.
~Facilitates awareness for the client to the negative thoughts and beliefs that they
are paying attention to and that are getting in the way of the client moving forward.
~Supports the client to explore WHO they are by discovering what their own personal
values are.
~Supports structure and accountabilty for the client to take actions leading to greater
success.
~Empowers the client to manage their attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
